English-born, Josephine graduated with a Diploma in Business Studies to pursue a career with the Diplomatic Service in London before coming to Brisbane in the early 1970's to raise a family.

Over the term of her stellar career, Josephine has been privileged to receive a great many formal accolades from various industry bodies but counts winning the coveted Leading Agents of Australia 'Salesperson of the Year' an amazing ten times running as her crowning achievement.
